Free flowing, anhydrite (calcium sulphate) screed
The properties in Anhydrite Screed give this screed unique advantages compared to cement screeds.
It is fully BBA Approved – ensuring quality and performance and the Eco technology can be used in a wide variety of applications.
Faster build time: MBS Liquid Screed is able to be installed at a pace of up to 2000m2 per hour with the ability to receive foot traffic within 24 to 48 hours.
Drying Time: Drying times of up to 1mm per day up until 40mm. Beyond this point, 0.5mm per day. Under floor heating can help to speed up this process.
Flexibility for floor coverings: As flowing screed requires less expansion joints than traditional screeds, this preserves and overall look of the floor finish. Combined with MBS screed durability this ensures the best possible results for the floor finish.

As a self-compacting and free flowing screed, MBS Liquid Screed can be used on numerous build types and works well with the majority of acoustic and thermal installations.
Cost advantage: MBS Liquid Screed has a m2 cost that is cheaper than traditional screed at 50mm.
